1 Find the key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\cmd
Rename the key Extended to Extende-Orig
2 Find the key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\cmd
Rename the key Extended to Extende-Orig
That should work immediately.
